Application Form 2026 – 2027

Please complete the following Application Form if you wish to apply for one or more of our workshops. Please submit the application form using the ‘Submit’ button below.

Once submitted, to secure your place, there is a £10.00 membership fee due which is a one off annual payment that includes a Flying High T-shirt. If your one from last year still fits, you can ask for a new one at any time. Please indicate this or the size required in the form below and transfer the membership fee to:

For monthly payments, we ask you to set up a Standing Order from your bank account on a date of your choosing each month from September to July. We will contact you about this when your application has been received. Please wait until September before transferring any monthly fees. Thank you.
